Urgent Hiring-Dental Receptionist Assistant Jobs 12th Pass ₹12000-₹14000 Front Desk Job

Key Responsibilities

Timing 11am-9pm

Duties:

• Greet and welcome patients warmly
• Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling & follow-ups
• Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records
• Manage billing and payment collection
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk and waiting area

Dental Assisting Duties:

• Prepare dental chair and instruments before procedures
• Assist the dentist during procedures (suctioning, passing instruments, mixing materials)
• Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory hygiene
• Educate patients on post-treatment care when needed
• Maintain dental supply inventory

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass or any diploma (Dental Nursing/Health Assistant preferred)
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of dental software is a plus
• Good communication and a patient-friendly attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a team
• Prior dental assistant/receptionist experience preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
