Job Summary:
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at Life Space Property Solutions Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, meetings, and site visits
Present real estate projects, pricing, and payment plans to prospective clients
Conduct property site visits and client negotiations
Close sales deals in line with company policies
Maintain client records and sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build strong relationships with clients.
Job requirements:
Education: The minimum qualification is 12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in real estate sales or field sales
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and convincing ability.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work in the field and conduct site visits
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Weekend availability as per business needs
Compensation & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives as per company policy
Working Hours:
Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Field visits and client meetings may require extended hours or weekend work as per business requirements.
